For every user who have either created a ticket or written in one, we collect the following infomation:

Furthermore we save every message sent in tickets. For these messages we collect the following:

• Message id
• Author id
• Server id
• Creation time
• Context of message

Private infomation:
In short: Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit our site.
