Yes. You can transfer your subscription to any server where you have Administrator privileges. This can be done on your profile page under "Subscriptions". There is a cooldown period of 4 days after every transfer.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. This can be done on your profile page under "Subscriptions". If your Discord account gets terminated, you can contact us and we will cancel the subscription for you, as long as you can provide a Payment/Transaction ID.

Yes. An increasing amount of businesses run TicketBot and require payment receipts for VAT/accounting purposes. For every payment, you get an email that contains everything you need. We can assist with resending these emails upon request.

Yes. If you bought TicketBot Premium or Enterprise and it does not satisfy you within the first 14 days, you may be eligible for a refund. Please forward your questions regarding our refund policy to us through Discord/Email.
